2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the jk8asia platform.

5.1 jk8asia accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. 5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.3 jk8asia does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply processing charges. jk8asia is not responsible for fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Members must complete KYC before the first withdrawal is processed. jk8asia targets same-day processing for verified accounts; actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5.5 jk8asia reserves the right to apply withdrawal holds pending fraud review or where there is a legitimate regulatory reason to do so. You will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it, where permitted by law.
5.6 Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions will be voided and may be deducted from your balance.
6.1 jk8asia may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

6.4 jk8asia reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any wagers placed using bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse.
7.1 Each game and betting market on jk8asia is governed by specific rules accessible within the relevant game or section of the platform. Those rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bets and wagers accepted by jk8asia are final once confirmed. Errors in bet placement that are not attributable to a technical fault on jk8asia's side are the responsibility of the member.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, jk8asia's records will be the authoritative reference unless a demonstrable technical error can be established.

9.1 All content on the jk8asia platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the property of jk8asia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jk8asia platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from jk8asia without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk8asia shall not be liable for:

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, jk8asia reserves the right to withhold funds attributable to that breach pending investigation.
